Terms and conditions

1. Introductory provisions

These terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) govern the relationship between the seller doll by Noris, Company ID (IČO): 22067167 (registered in the Czech Republic) with its registered office at Horní Slivno 152, 29479, Czech Republic (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”), and the buyer (hereinafter referred to as the “Customer”) when purchasing goods through the online store https://dollbynoris.com/ (hereinafter referred to as the “E-shop”).


2. Conclusion of the contract

• The contract between the Seller and the Customer is concluded at the moment of acceptance of the order by the Seller and sending the order confirmation to the Customer's e-mail.

• The Customer agrees to these Terms and Conditions upon completion of the order.

 

3. Prices and payments

• The prices of the goods are stated in the currency of the country in which you are located (it is necessary to select the country from the menu in the header). The prices are final, excluding tax - I am not a VAT payer.

• The e-shop uses the Shopify Payments payment gateway, which meets security standards, which ensures the security of payment data. The Customer can pay in the following ways: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Union Pay, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Bancontact and Ideal.

• The goods will be shipped after the payment is credited to the Seller's account.


4. Shipping and delivery

• The shipment processing time is 1 - 3 business days. For custom-made products, it is 5 - 10 days (depending on the volume of the order).

• The seller uses the Czech Post carrier - the shipment is always sent with a tracking number.

• Delivery time depends on the country of delivery: Europe - 5 - 14 days, USA, Canada - 9 - 28 days.

• Shipping costs are paid by the Customer, unless otherwise stated.

• The Customer is responsible for paying applicable customs duties, import taxes and fees assessed in his country.

• The Customer is responsible for paying all return shipping charges to the Seller due to:
- failure to provide a valid shipping address,
- failure to pay any applicable duties, fees or costs,
- lack of a recipient to accept the shipment if necessary


5. Return Policy – ​​EU Customers only

• You may request a return of your goods within 14 days of receiving your goods

(this does not apply to custom-made products)

• The Buyer is responsible for any loss of value (as agreed with the Seller) if the goods are not returned in their original condition

• The Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping
